These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“user”, “you”) and Sip & Study (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), governing your access to and use of our website (https://sipandstudy.com), services, and applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts of Romania for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
If any part of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sip & Study and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
